Materials: Acrylic Paint, Tape, and a cork board. I got the original board from Goodwill for about $4, and used a simple gold acrylic paint and tape to create the stripes. I'd had some problems using the tape properly, resulting in unclean edges. The board was originally white so I did not have to deal with painting anything white.
I mainly use this board to hang my extra cords and necklaces.
I'm considering future adjustments by adding fabric to the cork board.
